IN celebration of HM the Queen’s birthday and in response to the Queen’s call for using artificial corals to enhance marine life, Transport and Communication Minister Sophon Sarum recently brought to Samui over 50 junk train cars donated by his Ministry for use as artificial reefs.

KOH Samui Mayor Ramnet Jaikwang said the ongoing road-widening project along Soi Bon Kai covering the length from the corner of Bandon Hospital up to the soi junction at 7-Eleven convenience store will be com- pleted in three months.
