GOING down into the penultimate week of the Samui Pool League, Bar Asia has kept its Division 1 unbeaten record, beating Le Chablis, 4-2, after almost putting a blemish on its clean slate a week before with a 3-3 draw against Lazy Coconut.

The Soi Reggae-based team remains on top of the standings with 9 wins, 4 draws and no loss. International Bar is at second place while Sportsman’s Bar and Bamboo Bar are in third and fourth place, respectively.

Lemon’s Bar, Le Chablis and Jordan’s occupy 5th, 6th and 7th place,with Lazy Coconut hugging the cellar.

The Maenam-based team, however, has still a couple of postponed matches and winning these could propel it ahead of other teams in the standings as it is only behind Jordan’s by a point and 5 points behind Le Chablis.

The top three teams in Division 2 are Chillin Bar, On’s Livewire and Moby Dicks, while Jack’s Bar, The Office and Lemon Tarts take the top spots in Division 3.
