THE Hut Pub blanked Palm Construction, 5-0, Zane Bar hammered East 10, 6-2, and DFDL Crawshaws crushed Bamboo Bar, 6-3, in their respective encounters to march into the semifinals of the Samui Express Cup of the ongoing Samui Soccer Pro League held recently at the newly resurfaced Bluewater soccer field. The scheduled quarterfinal match between Bluewater and Barbs Bar was postponed and would be rescheduled. In the Tuesday League, The Hut Pub and East 10 share the lead with identical 5-wins/ 1-loss cards while Barbs Bar and DFDL Crawshaws share third and fourth place with similar 3-1-2 win-draw-loss record. Horizon Homes and Bamboo Bar are at the bottom of the standings with Horizon posting only one win and Bamboo losing all its matches. Zane Bar is at the top of the Wednesday League with 3 wins and 2 draws in five games played while Bluewater is at second place with 2 wins and 3 draws. Dream Girls is at third spot with 2 wins and 3 losses, RSGCC fourth with 1 win, 2 draws and 2 losses. Palm Construction has only played a total of four matches, drawing 1 and losing 3 and is in the last spot. |
