A fengshui-driven formula for B1 Villa & Spa Print E-mail

If you think the difference is superficial, think again. It's a whale of a difference.

B1 Villa & Spa, located at the laidback Fisherman's Village in Bo Phut, opened two years ago as a spa doubling as a villa accommodation. It had only four villas then.

But since July, B1 has added more rooms by converting the third-floor restaurant into villas suites --the Amber, Emerald and Sapphire suites. The expansion was made to fill the need of a growing demand, thanks to the able management of Khun Francesco and Khun Suveera.

The couple's success formula? To offer guests a sense of balance and wellness through the right flow of energy using the fengshui principle.

B1 Villa & Spa was designed by Vincenzo di Ieso, who adopted the rules of fengshui to ensure the correct flow of the earth's vital energy through the right design and placement of furniture and other objects in the rooms and every nook and cranny of the resort. The guests can feel this sense of ease and wellness during their stay.

B1 has a total of seven large villa suites and one family suite with two bedrooms.

The rooms on both two floors each has a spacious balcony, which has a table and seats for guests to enjoy privately the splendid views of the sea and Phangan Island from afar.

The ground floor, which houses the Lotus and Family suites, are fronted by a sea-water pool and a Jacuzzi. All suites have cable TV, DVD player, kitchenette, mini-bar, and wireless Internet access.

Guests can avail themselves of the in-house sensory spa with massage as well as laundry service, car and motorbike rental, airport transfer, yachts and speed boat.  077-427-268 or www.B1Spa.com.
