High-end Sea Samui residences launched E-mail

The Sinthoranee Property Co. Ltd. launched on Sept. 30 its latest project, The Sea Samui, which consists of high-end luxury beachfront residences, located directly from the main ring road. In attendance at the launch party were interested investors, Samui residents and members of the local media.

The 21 villas and condominiums, decorated in a tropical fusion style, will appeal to those who love the beach. The attractively designed and presented units were on display as guests toured the residences and enjoyed an array of refreshments.

Wuttichai  Phaoenchoke, managing director of Sinthoranee Property, opened the launch party. Wuttichai, young yet highly experienced, shares management with family members and others within the extensive holdings of the Bangkok-based Thairun Union Car Group Associated Co.

Wuttichai explained that The Sea “is a high-end residence, complete with a tropical fusion interior design and a private beach. The villas and condominiums at The Sea are designed to accommodate the tropical weather while providing a European-level comfort of living.”

It was pointed out that both Thais and foreign high-end holiday makers and business travelers to Thailand will enjoy staying in beautiful accommodations that are right on a quiet beach with great ocean and island views.

Wuttichai further explained that The Sea has a unique exterior; which is simpler than a typical Thai design, yet reflecting an optimally utilized interior at the best value for money. Viewing the villas and rooms, it is clear that they will be an excellent option for island visitors, whether they’re here on a long or short stay. The Sea comprises six boutique villas and 15 condominium units. A client can select among different furniture packages to fit his style.

The construction design of the villas and condos allow a couple or a family to easily select to rent a one-bedroom to four-bedroom villa or adjoining condos with a communal ocean-front swimming pool (plus smaller, private villa pools). The residences have a direct access to the ring road, leading to the island’s shopping and entertainment areas.

Other features of The Sea include: reception lounge; fitness facilities; 24-hour security; and utility and property maintenance.

The project will also provide services such as housekeeping and laundry (at additional cost), wireless Internet (also at additional cost); villa swimming pool maintenance and travel booking. Management can also facilitate a rental agreement in the event the owner would like to sublet his unit.

Speaking of the overall property market on Samui, Wuttichai said he believes that Samui will overtake Phuket, especially in the high-end segment.

An online poll released by the online travel magazine Smart Travel Asia has disclosed that Samui is included on the list of the Top 10 Holiday Destinations in Asia, ranking 10th. The 2008 online poll conducted by Smart Travel Asia for the third straight year showed Bali topping the list, followed by: Phuket; Kerala, India; the Maldives; Hong Kong; Bangkok; Boracay; Palawan and Chiangmai; and Angkor (Siem Reap).

Sinthoranee Property, in choosing Samui as the location of The Sea villas and condos, cited its excellent infrastructure. Samui, company representatives explained, has an airport, international schools, first-rate shopping facilities and five-star hotels. The company believes all these factors will help drive the property market upward, making The Sea a superb investment opportunity.

Sinthoranee Property’s other projects include The Pavilion Place, a 4,000-sqm lifestyle community mall in Bangkok; and Le Bayburi De Pran, an exclusive resort home in Pranburi.
